Ooh la la!

Bonjour pretties! So most of you are very aware by now that Marie from The Aristocats is one of my favourite Disney characters so I thought how cute would it be to curate a Christmas gift guide with this Parisian princess in mind! I think if she were a person her fancy Christmas wish list would consist of luxury pampering, feminine elegance, blushing bows, pearl headbands and all things pretty and pink.

I’ve actually already purchased this new Megan Hess book titled ‘Elegance The Beauty of French Fashion’ it’s filled with the most whimsical illustrations and explores the timeless beauty and glamour of well renowned and influential French Couture designers, some of my favourites being Coco Chanel, Christian Dior and Chloé!

Marie’s signature accessory is of course a pretty pink bow and everyday you would wake up feeling like a Parisian princess in this classic Gal Meets Glam pyjama set which has the girliest blush bow print and what better way to finish the look than with a pink silk ribbon adorning your hair and a coat of Dior nail polish for an oh so chic manicure. For added opulence to a very fanciful Marie inspired pamper evening I thought this pink Villari Macaron Candle which is scented with sweet notes of vanilla butter and caramel would be very fitting and I can totally see this French Pretty Ballerina perfume sitting pretty on a royal vanity.

Picture a weekend away in Paris with this dreamy limited edition Blushing Bow Tote, it’s bound to make anyone feel extra fabulous. These Pandora regal rose gold crown stud earrings which are embellished with pretty pink crystals are definitely something I envision Marie would accessorise with because she is a princess that’s why!

Of course no Marie inspired Christmas gift guide would be complete without featuring some merchandise featuring the pretty lady herself! You can imagine my pure joy when I found this adorable Marie Fashion Mug from Haute Glam Studio, I just adore the girly design and you could either use it to display your favourite makeup brushes or why not make your very own French inspired hot chocolate for utter indulgence and enjoy a box of Ladurée macarons.
